Facebook Sarn Hub Free Ms Rachel Visit....
This Promotional Visit Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions for the complimentary appearance and visit by Ms Rachel (“Talent”) organised by [Seren Cymru] (“Organiser”). By accepting or participating in the visit, the recipient (“Participant”) agrees to the following terms.
Complimentary Visit
The visit is provided free of charge and has no cash value. The visit may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, or substituted for any alternative service, payment, or compensation.
Visit Duration
The visit will last for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organiser.
Scheduling and Deadline
The visit must take place on or before 14 September 2026. If the visit has not taken place by this date, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the visit without liability.
Availability and Changes
The visit is subject to Talent availability, travel schedules, illness, force majeure events, and any other circumstances outside the Organiser’s reasonable control. The Organiser reserves the right to reschedule, shorten, modify, or cancel the visit at any time.
Photography, Video and Marketing Use
The Participant grants the Organiser and its affiliates the unrestricted right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture content during the visit.
The Participant further grants the Organiser a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, and display any photographs, video footage, audio recordings, testimonials, names, likenesses, and related content captured during the visit for marketing, advertising, publicity, social media, promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed.
The Participant waives any right to inspect or approve the final materials and releases the Organiser from any claims arising from the use of such content.
Safeguarding and Supervision
Children attending the visit must remain under the supervision and responsibility of a parent, guardian, teacher, or authorised adult at all times.
Conduct and Safety
The Organiser reserves the right to end the visit immediately if any attendee behaves in an unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.
Venue Requirements
The Participant is responsible for ensuring the venue is safe, suitable, and accessible for the visit, including compliance with any applicable health and safety requirements. No pets or animals to be near the Talent.
Travel and Logistics
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Organiser will determine the logistics, timing, and format of the visit.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to Ms Rachel, including branding, performances, recordings, and promotional materials, remain the sole property of their respective owners. No rights are granted to the Participant other than those expressly stated in this Agreement. We are a tribute act and not the holders of the IP for Ms Rachel.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or connected with the visit.
Publicity Restrictions
The Participant may not advertise, announce, or publicly promote the visit using Ms Rachel’s name, image, likeness, or branding without the Organiser’s prior written consent.
Cancellation by Participant
If the Participant cancels the visit with less than 48 hours’ notice, the Organiser may withdraw any future promotional opportunities at its discretion.
Promotional Competition Terms
The recipient of the complimentary visit will be selected at random from eligible participants who comment on qualifying promotional posts published by the Organiser across its Facebook pages, Facebook groups, and associated social media channels.
The Organiser’s decision regarding eligibility, selection, and all other matters relating to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Organiser and not to Facebook or Meta.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove entries, disqualify participants, or amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the visit and supersedes any prior discussions or understandings.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Acceptance
By entering the promotional competition, accepting the complimentary visit, or participating in the visit, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
